Neelima Mangal: A Visionary Leader in Tech and Advocate for Women

Neelima Mangal is a passionate advocate for women in tech, a Forbes Council, and a distinguished MIT Sloan CIO member. As a seasoned Delivery Tech & Product Executive with over 25 years of experience in the USA and Canada, she is the founder of the Empower Women in Tech Alliance (#EWTA). Born in a small town in India, Neelima immigrated to North America, where she has since excelled in leadership roles across the East Coast, West Coast, Silicon Valley, and Canada. Neelima has held prominent leadership positions, at major organizations such as Apple Inc., AT&T, Wells Fargo, Scotiabank, ADP, Nutcache as Chief – Global Head of Technology, Product Management, and Delivery Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Fairfield, Iowa, USA.

Champion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
Neelima is a renowned keynote speaker, host of “The Power of Women in the World of Tech” podcast, and WomenTech Global Ambassador. Her numerous accolades include being named in the Forbes Tech Council 2023 Thought Leadership Exchange-Top 20, the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech 2022. She has also been nominated as a 2023 Scrum Board Member, recognized as an authentic leader by Women of Inspiration and more.

Neelima is also an author of “Climb, Lead, Succeed – Supercharging Women’s Careers with Actionable Strategies and Triumphs,” featured in the Forbes Executive Library.

Personal Life:

Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mom who enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, music, travel, exploring new cultures. She has an adventurous spirit, having skydived in Hollister, California, and swum with dolphins in Hawaii.
