Anand Kala Art Happiness Contest 2022

Age Group

• The contest is open to all kids in the age group of 6 to 18 yrs
• The contest is also open to senior citizens ( above the age of 65) 

Theme

• Find a word or phrase that means “happiness”  (Anand) in your culture
• Create your artwork on the theme of “happiness”:
  Think about : What makes you happy? or What makes the world happy? How can we make this world a happier place?
• Include the word or the phrase in your entry

Medium

• Your art can be a pencil sketch or a drawing coloured with pencils, crayons, watercolours or acrylic

Entry Fee and Email

• Please send your entries to art@theinsipiredindian.com.
• Please inlcude your child’s Name, Age, Grade and a clear picture of their artwork
• Entry fee is $10. Please send an etranfser to art@theinspiredindian.com to confrim your participation

Dates and Deadlines

• The contest opens on Jan 24, 2022 and will close on Feb 28, 2022
• Winners will be announced on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages on March 15, 2022

• Clarity of theme, Originality  and creativity
• Composition – technical ( mastery of skill and appropriate use of the medium)
• Composition – concept ( Power of expression )
